The insurance:

• It covers the entire duration of the experience

• It is personal and non-transferable

• It is automatically activated with your booking.

This way you can relax and enjoy yourself, while our team takes care of you every step of the way during your Insider adventure. Additionally, this insurance is the reason we ask for your passport or ID.

Our experiences are designed to operate in different weather conditions , as nature is a fundamental part of what we experience at Insider.

However, if the weather poses a risk to the group's safety and cancellation becomes unavoidable, our team will evaluate alternatives such as:

• Reschedule the experience for another available date

• Adjust the start time or extend the duration until conditions improve.
